Sorry if this sounds harsh but I would feel like a bad person if I knew those horrible things were happening and I sat back and did nothing. Someone for sure should report that! That is BS what is going on. I would go crazy if I found out someone was doing that to my baby boy!

Someone needs to do something. That is disgusting. These are someone's babies we are talking about.

I don't know if you can if you live in a different State because he owns only 2, as far as I know, and it's here in Iowa.
If I asked my cousin if there was anything else going on over there, she would tell me, but I haven't talked to her about it for about a week now.

I know what you mean, but I don't think she knows where to turn about that and she is only 16, and she has even told her mother, but they don't do nothing neither, and her boss has even pulled back my 5 year old cousins fingers back, but ounce again my aunt doesn't do nothing, and the boss is also the owner of the daycare, he owns two daycares by the name Bear Basics here in Iowa.

No kidding...that is just unbelievable!!! I can never understand why we hear stories of daycare workers, foster parents, etc., abusing or neglecting children. Why would a person take a job like that if they apparently don't like kids too much?!? Your cousin should Definitely report her boss and find another day care to work at! I would not even want to be affiliated with a place like that.

I was just letting you all know that when you put your little one in day care make sure you really get it all checked out because my cousin works at a day care and when she had poison oak her boss told her that she had to go to work, but she didn't because she didn't want none of the kids to catch it, and she told me how her boss takes the childrens hands and bind their fingers back when their upsetting him, and they don't do nothing about headlice, so I thought that I would give you all a heads up on that, so you know that there are daycares that are not good to send your child to.
One of the other posts had reminded me about that.
