Mine had a bit of a "flap" look, but it smoothed out. I think it was just from where the skin was sewn together (I had a 2nd degree episiotomy). At my 5 week pp appt, my Dr. said everything looked great.

Ok this is weird...
I looked at my vagina for the first time since I had the baby (3.5 weeks pp). There is a ridge from my anus to my vagina, where I was stitched up...its like its overlapping. When I spread my legs, the area hurts, like its tearing because its too tight.
Was I sewn up too tight, or is this normal for 3.5 weeks?
