They're not, but I didn't want to mention it. Boohoo!
I hope he grows out of the booger phase soon. It is so gross what all we have to teach them!

Nathanael has been cracking me up lately too! Im enjoying this age because of that fact....he is always making me laugh and we have LOTS to talk about now than ever before! He uses the time thing with me when it comes to poop time. He always says " I will poop tomorrow" or "I poooped yesterday"! sort of what Nolan is doing....im noticing it alot lately! So FUNNY!
Being a mommy has been a challenge and one that will only make me stronger! God grant me the strength and wisdom to be the mommy that I need to be!

i think all 3 yr old bdays are the next day though DeeDee. LOL.
BTW, after I wrote this thread I thought about my title of "toddlers" and realized that our 3.5 yr olds aren't toddlers anymore are they How sad...
On a different note, Nolan has been driving me crazy with the way he is chomping on toys and putting so many things into his mouth so I finally lost my patience with him and said that the only thing that should go in his mouth are food, drinks and his toothbrush and then told him that his toys and other things are full of chemicals that are going to make him sick. After I put him to bed last night I went into his room to put some laundry away and he sat up straight in bed with a really worried tone and said, "Mommy, do my boogers have chemicals in them?". LOL. Poor guy now I am making him all paranoid. Although, if he gets turned off eating his boogers soon I will be really happy about that because it really drives me crazy and everything I have told him about not eating his boogers has not sunk in yet.

Sofie usually has a good sense of the past, but the future is out of her range. Her bday is always the nest day - that sort of thing.

So cute! I just love hearing what comes out of Ben's mouth - the way he's interpreting things he's heard and what makes sense to him. I laugh every day!

Nolan has been cracking me up lately with some of the things he says when it comes to his sense of time and I thought it was just him that does this but supposedly lots of kids his age do. Do any of yours?
Here are some examples of the things we have heard over the last few months.
Us: Nolan do you have to pee? N: No, I peed on Thursday. ________________________________ ___
Us: It is time for bed Nolan. N: But I am not tired. I slept last week! ________________________________ __________
After picking him up from my parents house after he spent a night there he says to us, "I don't want to go home. I want to stay at Grandma and Grandpa's house for 2 weeks!!" (yeah whatever buddy as if you know what 2 weeks is LOL). ________________________________ ______
Last night after he was coughing I said, "Are you sick?".
His response: "No Mommy. I was sick last year" (The funny part about it was his tone of voice that said to me, are you dumb? I can't get sick more than once a year). ________________________________ __________
As hard as this age is the things kids this age say are just way too cute!! :)
