I should write this out and keep it somewhere safe for when the time comes. I had issues last time, I already have flaxseed so would just need to locate brewers yeast. Not sure it will be easy to come by in a country that doesn't brew! LOL

The only thing I don't have is brewer's yeast. I think i will pick some up along with some organic bran for it. The bran will replace the flavor of the flax and some of the benefits.

I've always been adviced to use Brewers Yeast for help with milk supply, but I have no idea about the flaxseed. Def. try it without, i'm sure it will still taste good. Maybe put extra B/yeast in it, and see what happens...
Mmmm cookies. I had to look even though I am not trying to increase milk supply.

IS the flaxseed for general health benefits or does it increase milk as well??? Just curious. I am not having issues, but an excuse to eat cookies...hmmmmmmmmm LOL I can't have flaxseed in the house and certainly cannot put it in cookies!!! (Autie is severely allergic to them)

Brewer's yeast was suggested for me when I was nursing Mason...thankfully this time around I've not had any supply issues...and I still have a freezer full of milk!

Firstly, let me say that there is no substitute for demand and supply feeding and drinking lots of fluid if you want a good milk supply.
Having said that...MY WORD!, these cookies really work!!! I baked them yesterday lunch time and have been steadily nibbling them ever since. My usually soft udders have taken a new lease of life. They got rock hard after Melody-Amber's 3 hour nap yesterday where as they would normally be supple and soft. I was amazed...and they don't taste bad either.
If you really have a milk supply problem they would work along with a good latch on, drinking loads of water and encouragement from the right professionals.
It certainly doesn't harm to try, they taste good too :-)
