So sorry about the migraine!

Lottie is so cute! She has appointed herself her sister's keeper. Where ever we go she has to hold her hand, she picks out her clothes, she even tried to change her diaper this morning! It's only taken 21 months, but she is fianlly taking to this big sister role!

Hello

Aiden went back to school today after being out most of the week last week. I have been having a horrible migraine on and off for the past 3 days. It's killing me. I can't wait till our insurance cards get here..any day now.

Yay Charlotte!

A lot of the Jan 08 moms are doing the 30 day shred. I guess it's a pretty intense workout!

I still don't have the wii fit set up, but DH has off tonight, so maybe I'll ask him to do it tomorrow. (One less thing for me to do!)

Our cooler weather has been SOO nice. We're even below average for here, but I ain't arguing!

We had Charlotte's potty party yesterday. The kid walked away with about a dozen "cool" underwear (tinkerbell, iCarly, dora, etc), some cute little cami's, a "fairy" skirt, and a new bike! (No, we didn't buy the bike, my sister did!)

Geez, should have read back! So do most of us have Wii fit? Mine isn't set up right now (back injury and all, I told DH to put it away because I was ticked I couldn't use it!), but I plan to get it back out this weekend. We should all do a Wii Fit challenge somehow.

Trying to remember the last time I posted in here. It's been awhile!

Ya'll should come here. It's a whopping 56F right now. I've resisted turning on the heat so far, but it looks like it'll have to happen tonight. Today is supposed to be the warmest day we have for the next week.

I am just looking forward to next week so things can settle down to normal. This week has been absoluely chaotic.

Jealous of your cold front. Ugh so humid and gross here.

Renee - I totally wouldn't wouldn't work out if I looked HALF as good as you. Heehee. :)I hope Tom finds a job that works, and that you get to be nearer family and friends. Whatever happened with his bro? Did he move on?

Jess - doing nothing sounds so fabulous!

My godmother invited herself over at 7:30 am tomorrow morning. I am so mad about it, but for some reason I couldn't bring myself to say no over and over. I said no like three times, and then just shut down and got mad. Now I am stuck with her ruining my morning. :( Why do I have such a hard time saying no?

Renee, if I looked like you I wouldn't work out at all lol. The wii is great though. It makes it fun so it doesn't feel like I am doing anything that I have to do.

Jess, I have the windows open too :) I am just sad it isn't going to last long.

Aiden seems to be feeling better. No fever at all today..not really sure what he has/had. I just hope Cameron avoids it. I would like to take them outside to enjoy this awesome weather.

Being a self proclaimed pepsi-holic I know how hard it is to give up! I only have a soda now every now and then. its actually TOO sweet after you are used to not having it! I drink water.. lots of it! I just poured 1/3 glass of sprite, and I cant even drin kit. blech. ill stick to water:) and coffee in the am.. id DIE without it! only 2 cups a day though:)

the wii does look fun, let me know how its going alisha. id like to be able to get into something to exercise. i lose interest wayyy too fast too. i havent exercised yet since having arleigh.. but ive never been one to do that much. I know i should, just to be healthier. the wii sounds like it might get me moving:)

honey- you asked on FB about us going back to va? Lately i have been so homesick. i miss my friends and family. i WAS closer to mom being here BUT she just had to sell her home ( foreclosing ) and she is moving back to VA where we are from. so i really will be 6 hrs away from everyone.. and that just makes me sad:( Toms job is ending this week, and he decided he doesnt want to go to texas ( unless he HAS to )he doesnt want to leave us for weeks at a time. i told him i can go down too, but really i dont see my driving to texas with 4 kids alone every 2 weeks to visit... he wants to find a more stable job. He is still looking here in raleigh, charlotte are but also looking back in northern VA. If he can get a better job there, then we would move back up.

Morning.

Aiden is home sick, but most of you know this from facebook lol. One fall of preschool.

Awesome KI on the water. I have been doing OK. No change in the scale, but I am extremely sore from the wii workouts. I think that is so funny that I am this out of shape..atleast I can laugh :)

Good luck ladies!! I start every morning with "Today is the day..." then head downstairs and grab 6 homemade chocolate cookies. I wish I could get it down to even 3 cookies. lol

Well, "today is the day.." ;)
I've avoided cookies so far, and have already drank 62oz of water. I can't wait until i can exercise again! A few more weeks before I can start.

I never have caffine unless we eat out and I want an ice tea. Sugar on the other hand. rofl I will never be giving that up. : )

I'm starting my wii fit back on the first of OCT. I've already gained enough back that my wedding ring isn't fitting already. I have to be no more than xx weight or it kills me to have it on. It has a thing under the stod so it's a filled in circle and there is no place for extra fluid to go.I should take it in and see if Jeff can stretc hit bbut I'm scared to death the stones will start falling out and Andy will be so mad. lol

Hey all! We had one crazy busy weekend. Both kids are sleeping now, and rather than napping like I should be...here I am! LOL

Morning!

Yuck on having to wake up...makes me think of the times while pregnant with Aiden that I had to get up at 4 am to go to work and DH had to drive me...he was not a happy man lol.

I am happy about our deal with the wii. We got the active with it so I hope it will keep me interested and motivated. I am so out of shape. Today is day one of no dr. pepper..It is sad I am thinking about it so much all ready.

Yay for sleeping in. :) I have to be up bright and early (4 more hours) to take M to work. Sigh.

That's great about saving on the Wii. We barely use ours. Seems like we never get to sit down lately.

Morning!

Cameron just woke up! He usually never sleeps past 6:30.

I visited my good friend on Friday, it was so nice to see her. Cameron did sooo well and slept there just fine. Usually he screams when he is anywhere but at home. Aiden had lots of fun.

We had to return our Wii that we just got 2 weeks ago. It stopped turning on. We are getting a new one today though. We waited the extra day because it goes on sale today so we will save $50 in the end. I also get my wii fit. I need something fun in terms of activity. Ever since DH's birthday at the beginning of the month all we have been doing is eating and doing nothing so I am very out of shape.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Hi

Dh and I are much better. My car didn't need anything else besides new windshield wipers which I didn't get put on there cause I can get them cheaper at walmart.

I cut Cameron's hair all off. Makes me sad now, but it will grow back. It needed to be even and he atleast will be much cooler now.

Glad you enjoyed your company!

Alisha - Sorry about the fight. I really hate when we go through them. Reconciling is just so tiring. I hope things smooth over quickly.

The company was delightful. I had two friends over today at different times, and it was a boost to my spirits. I am tired of being ill.

Morning.

How was the company yesterday, Dee Dee?

DH and I had one of those big bust up fights that happen like 2 times a year. UGH in that awkward after stage.

I have to get my oil changed this morning. I don't have a choice as the next two mornings I will have to bring Cameron to speech and than Friday I plan to go to Melbourn to visit a good friend for the day while DH works at a property there. UGH I don't want to go (to get the oil changed)I just know they are going to tell me I need something else done LOL.

Thanks :)

Cameron has always been a fussy eater. I can also count on one hand what he will eat and that is it. I try new things too, but he just throws everything or spits it out. LOL wish I had some advice, but I don't know. I bulk him up at breakfast time because he will eat most breakfast food excluding eggs. The rest of the day is a battle.

I do pray that it's just some weird phase or something that Cameron is going through!

Does anyone have any tips on getting Dylan to eat? The kid will NOT eat anymore! Well, he'll eat fruit, crackers, cereal, oatmeal, and potatoes. Everything else has gone by the wayside. And he used to be the BEST eater! Would devour anything you put in front of him. For the past several weeks, lunch and dinner are nothing but a SCREAM fest with him. I've tried everything I can think of....

It is crazy how often right your instincts really are. I don't doubt them anymore ever after I waited so long and listened to other people about Aiden before I took the initiative to find out what was the matter with him. Thanks, I hope not either-I am just going to be realistic.

OK the last month or so we've noticed him start doing things...he is lining cars up, very upset when we go anywhere like he can't transition, walking on his tip toes...He only has 5 words, but that is more than Aiden had at 19 months since he lost them all after the MMR. I haven't got that shot for Cameron and won't now with everything going on and now feel guilty for the ones we did get. These red flags may not seem like a big deal, but when you have a child with Autism all ready seeing anything like this is not good. Everyone keeps saying he is just watching Aiden do these things and that is why he is doing them now..well he is not because Aiden doesn't do many of those behaviors anymore because of therapy and hasn't for quite sometime. Anyway, we are working through EI now and I am not going to wallow about it. If it is what is it is we can't change that, just work to do whatever we can help him. It is only disheartening because the system screws you every chance they get and makes it so very difficult and exhausting trying to get anything that they are/would be entitled to.

Again, he is so far advanced even with some of the things he is doing now to where we have very high hopes that all of this can be corrected. If he is anywhere near what Aiden is at all most 4 I will be very thankful. Everything will be fine :)

Wow! Not one post all day as of yet!
I hope everyone is feeling better, it seems like there have been a lot of sick mommies lately.

We are just relaxing today. Both kiddos are actually sleeping right now. Then we have to go to Awana's at church tonight. I think Bailee likes it...she pee'd her pants last week though. She tends to do that with anything new. She's so shy and I think she gets really nervous. Hopefully tonight will be better.

My MOPS group started today and I'm so excited to get back to doing it. Although I was a little upset that (like always) most of the moms in the group are quite a bit older than me. Seems like most of them have older kids (teenagers) and then little ones as well. It would be nice if there were more my age to meet...I would have more in common with them.

Bailee is officially signed up for gymnastics. And she loves it! Their little class is so cute to watch too!
