Holden weighed 23lbs at his 18month checkup. We had a bit of a diabetis scare but things are ok. He won't drink anything but ater, but he drinks massive amounts of water so we had him tested.
I am doing more tests for something called diabetis insipidus once I switch doctors. More on this later....
Holden was born September 14th at 1:02am! YEAH! 12 days early!

Hanna, I think Evabelle is just fine, Lukas too hasn't changed in the last few months, he's still only at 25.5lbs at 18 months and just had his shots, he grew an inch tho and is now 34.5inches.
Wow Mischelle, Toby is a small lil guy eh! how cute, I wish Lukas was his size still, he's gotten too heavy to carry for very long now!

I think she's fine! Madelyn was 20 lbs at 15 months and she's now 22 lbs. at 18 months. I believe it's normal for babies to have very little weight gain between the 15-18 month period. Madelyn is also in the low percentile for weight (25%). But, it's not a problem as long as it's consistent.

OK- Evabelle has been 22lbs 8 oz with her clothes on now since she was 15 months old. I just weighed her yesterday and still 22lbs 8oz. Should I be concerned? She seems healthy and happy and spunky- shes a picky picky eater and some days all I can get into her are corn puffs and a little bit of soya milk in a bottle. But other days she chows down on anything. Im confused. I guess 22lbs still isnt little for a 18-19 month old? I read on the chart and she is about the 15th percentile for the chart we had (which is probably out of date) for weight. I probably dont need to worry, what do you all think??

Samantha has her 18 month checkup 3 days before I have Sienna:) I'm thinking about 24.5 pounds and I know shes 33 inches, the cutest lil' body!!
Sh eats great during the day and all of a sudden she's picky for dinner, grr! She will eat a whole pack of cream of wheat with bananas and blueberries in it for breakfast or waffles, pancakes, oatmeal. Then snack on oranges, apples, strawberries, yogurt, fish, all day.
Lunch, Peanut butter fan, big time or some soup.
Dinner, she loves veggie burgers, thank God and split pea soup. Other than that it's tough, pizza yeah and some of my turkey burgers but she normally turns her nose up and gets a nice bowl of cereal before bed and her only bottle! I won't take that one away yet!
The good news, she FINALLY sleeps 12 hours, can you believe it!!!!!!! when I'm 8-9 months preggers she starts, up all night peeing anyways. So I basically have not slept in 18 months and lil' miss Sienna will be here next week:) Ahhh the joys of being a mommy:)

I have Holden's 18 month check up in a week or so. He turned 18 months 2 days ago, but they were so booked, I have to wait. My guess is that he is around 22-23lbs. He seems on the small/skinny side, still wearing 12 months clothes and the stuff that is 12-18 months, the pants fall off when he walks!
He turned down his bedtime and morning milk bottle starting this past sunday and hasn't wanted it since then. Only wants water in those bottles. Weird!
As far as eating goes, he eats only a few things. Yogurt, avocado, most fruit, tomato, cucmber (sometimes), some type of bread but not all, LOVES croissants and bagels. the only cheese he will eat is laughing cow wedges, some noodles but not all and chicken soup w/ noodles. That is pretty much it. So weird since he used to eat everything I would give him and just stopped a few months ago. Won't eat any meat other than chicken if it is in the soup and i have given him chicken mc nuggets from mc donalds twice which he ate, but those are pure junk, not really chicken. He of course, LOVE french fries and cookies, both which he hardly ever gets. I do give him the earths best, organic elmo graham crackers as a snack and goldfish too.
i just want him to eat more things and he won't even taste things!

Mh - don't worry about that - I know a couple of kids who had that as well and it really isn't too bad.
Danno - do you know what I do for Jude (my picky eater) is give him about 10 different little things and he will try one piece of each, so I know then he has had somehting. It's usually Cheerios, apple, orange, veggie hot dog, yogurt, cheese, peanut butter on a cracker, almonds (or some other nut), a few pieces of red pepper with the skin cut off, beans (kidney, lima, soy, green)and egg white. He likes to see the variety, and it takes barely any more time than a regular meal to prepare. If he finishes something, then I try and put a couple more things on there.
Instead of opening a can of beans too, I just boil a handful of dry ones. I put them on 45 minutes before I start everyone else's dinner so they are ready by the time we eat.

the bad thing is one of his balls is not down, she is going to send us see a specialist, she said usually they come down around 12 mts, but not to worry, he might not need a surgery, but of course I'm worried now....

LOL, I know you love them :) It must be hard with her being so clingy and still getting up at night. Hopefully things will get easier as time goes on. They are just so darn cute :) Are you planning on having any more or is this it?
I am getting excited about Hayden (that's our baby girl's name) coming into the world. It will be fun to have two little ones but I am sure it will be difficult at time (I don't need to tell you that!).
Hi Jodi! Wow, your due date is fast approaching, you must be so excited!
We are doing pretty good, Kassidy is a handful and extremely hard to deal with most days. She is so clingy (always has been) and whines non-stop. Sydney doesn't seem bothered by it, but I'm exhausted dealing with her (and she still wakes up in the middle of the night). They do play pretty well together, but also can get into lots of things working together as a team! You can never take your eyes off of them.

PS - I just re-read this post and it sounds like I don't like my child very much! I just wanted to clarify that she is a beautiful little girl, who just loves me soooo much she can't stand to be apart for any length of time. (That sounds much better!) I know you all understand :-)

I guess the weird thing is that he eats and eats more than Jude, but he isn't gaining anything. I guess when he goes for his 18 month check up I'll see what the doctor says. He will probably say, "Don't worry!" but hey, I'm a momma!

Spud, I wouldn't worry too much about it, after a year their growth slows down, Lukas has been at around 25/26lbs for the last few months, it hasn't changed. Then again, he doesn't eat too much, he's very picky, when he's hungry he eats and eats, but most days, it's a struggle to get enough into him!

Hey guys, Carter is still 20 lbs. Are any of yours at that weight? I'm not sure what to make of it because he eats more than Jude does. He is active, but this is kind of crazy to be the same weight that he was in September or so.

oooh, I should see if Lukas likes frozen berries and stuff, never tried that, I have to still give him the pureed fruit cups, like the motts stuff or something, 'cause he gagged on bits of apple the other day *sigh* lol those he'll eat no problem, he'd still eat his pureed baby food too if I let him, but I refuse to let him eat that anymore!! I wish it was me saying no you've had enough to eat!

Bridget, you are so lucky! LOL, feeding a toddler that refuses everything is beyond frustrating!!! Some days for lunch, all lukas eats is a few pieces of cheese, 'cause that's all he'll take, everything else gets spit out, or thrown, or whatever, but the cheese he'll eat *sigh*

They get one of the DT&P shots at 18 months. We were also given the option of a new hepatitis vaccine, but I opted against it until I can do some research on it. Ella won't stop eating, she just never sits still and eats a lot of fiber.

Kelli - do you get Emerson vaccinated? If you do, then after the 1yr shots, the next round is supposed to be at 18 months. If not, then he probably doesn't need to see her unless there's another problem! I too am having a hard time getting food into Lukas, though he's been much better this last week. He's finally stopped puking up food, he for some reason just wouldn't chew things properly, gag, barf it up, at least once a day, that lasted about 3 weeks, I was losing my mind! It's like he forgot how to chew unless it was chocolate or french fries!

Growing steady...
At 15 months Samantha was 24 pounds (70th) and 32.5 (95th) inches. She's getting taller and taller to balance all the food she LOVES, lol I love her little body:):):) Onsies are my favorite, kissing all those baby parts!!!!!

Yeah...she is. I'm only 5'2 and my husband is 5'6 is we don't expect her to be 5'8 or taller. LOL She is very petite. I can't complain....she can still wear some 9 month clothes so I'm not going through stuff very fast.

Off the top of my head, I can't remember. I said she was in the 95th percentile for weight and off the charts for height. The weight of an average 9 month hold.

I forgot to post Allie's 12 month stats. She was still 26 pounds and was 32 inches. The pedi wasn't concerned that she hasn't gained any weight since her 9 month appointment.
