I mentioned to hubby that you had the same problem but had a c/s and his response was that your body didn't know you were having a c/s and preparred for a natural birth anyways. So your hips probably still spread. BLAH!!!
I don't think it is muscles, I think it is my actual joints.

It might... something for muscle aches? I think it's just something to live with. On the PP thread they said it'll just take time for everything to get back into position, for the most part.
I just don't remember this from when I had Hunter, and didn't think it would be from childbirth since he was a c/s. Oh well... just shows to go ya!
Lynn hunny you are my saving grace. My hips STILL hurt. Sometimes when I sit too long BUT EVERY night when I sleep. I thought it was because I had Kadence vaginally, but being almost 8 weeks post I was thinking maybe it was my bed. I have never had a problem with my bed before though. So anyways I find myself rolling over quite often at night because they hurt so much. Think taking some med before bed might help?
