I find journalling helps me get my anger out. I use the baby fit site. Trying to write your emotions may help.
Although, I understand your anger. My due date for angel I lost in Aug will be here over Christmas. And I see a lot of people either pregnant or my birth group are having their babies. Sometimes I feel anger that it should be me too. It is good that you are trying not to make others miserable, but your anger is understandable. You have lost a lot.
I hope you feel you are not alone. And hope you get support from your family this Christmas.

I Miscarried last November and again on 11/10/11 with a D&C 11/11/11.
I am having a hard time dealing with the Anger I am feeling and the Holidays are just making it worse! Any suggestions on how to make it through this hard time in my life without making everyone around me Miserable?
