Hi, I just came across your thread. My husband and I had been trying for 11 yrs. to get pregnant, between a failed adoption and two failed IVFs, we opted to back track and try IUIs. We did 5 cycles with just clomid with no success. Then my 6th cycle we used clomid days 3-7 then Repronex injections days 8,9,10,11, then the hcg trigger shot. It was a success, Our expected due date was Feb. 11, 07, but unfortunately at 18 weeks our little girl was diagnoised with Anencephaly (a nueral tube defect, where the brain doesn't form). We were so devastated. I gave birth to her on Sept. 20th 06 at 20 weeks. These last few months have been hard, but we have just been giving the green light to try again.. I'm on cycle day 4 and we are planning to do exactly what we did last time.. since it worked. I"m really scared to try again, but i'm jumping in with both feet.. I hope it works... Hi Michelle,
I'm doing clomid then estrace which I hear is similar to repronex... but I don't know much about either of them. My husby and I have been TTC for one year. I actually had an appointment with my dr today and he said that using the two pills in one cycle helps to control as many factors as possible which in turn increases your chances of making a baby!
