Don't believe the b/f thing as a form of birth control! I can name 5 friends who got pregnant within 6 months after giving birth and were breasfeeding exclusively. According to my dr., women seem to go into some sort of baby-making mode after having a baby (this happens right after miscarriages as well). Maybe it is all those hormones out of whack! Said she had never seen anyone come in pregant 6 weeks post-partum, but had seen a ton of women 3 mos post-partum. Use that birth control if you don't want to get pregnant right away!!

Hello,
If you are breastfeeding exclusively than you will most likely be less fertile and it may take awhile for you menstrual cycle to resume.

Every woman is different, but yes, some people are very fertile right after delivery.
Attempting to explain the gift of FAITH to someone who has not been touched by God is like attempting to describe the world's greatest Cabernet Sauvignon to someone who does not have the gift of sight, the gift of smell, or the gift of taste. They might, on some level, acknowledge the possibility of its existence, but they will never be able to fully acknowledge, comprehend, or accept its truth in all its complexity.
