Once you change your BabyFit Account Settings to breastfeeding your BabyFit Nutrition Plan will adjust for weight loss. Read How to Lose Weight While Breastfeeding for more information.

I have not had my baby yet but plan on breastfeeding once he arrives. Does setting your calorie tracker on here automatically adjust calories to lose a healthy amount of weight or is it just to maintain current weight? I would like to be able to lose a healthy amount each week but can't seem to find out what the tracker automatically sets to.
