Is there anyway to make the exercise demos that appear when I click add exercises be postpartum rather than for pregnancy? Like the first poster, I have changed my profile to show post pregnancy - breastfeeding, but I'm still seeing the pregnancy exercises.
thanks.

Hello,
You'll need to go in and change your fitness program on your own. Regarding your nutrition program, the needs for a breastfeeding Mom are very similar to a pregnant Mom so you'll only see slight changes to your calorie in take.
Take care, Samantha

I gave birth on Feb. 7th and changed my profile/preferences to be post-pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, when I look at my Nutritian guide and my Fitness guide, they are still giving my goals and recommendations based on being pregnant. Please advise. Thank you, Carrie
