I have to agree. I'll be starting the meal plan tomorrow...it looks like a lot if food. I definitely am not used to eating so many calories. I def believe bf makes your body hold on to fat. Here's to progress!

Good luck! I'm trying to get used to eating so much! Everything I've always thought about weight loss dealt with restricting calories but this plan has me eating way more than I was eating before... I guess my body has been holding on to my fat since I'm breast feeding...because I've been working out everyday and seeing minimal results! I hope this meal plan works and tricks my body into letting go of my fat:)

Hi everyone, I also have a 5 and a 1/2 month old daughter and am exclusively breastfeeding. I didn't gain as much as I did with my first daughter, but still have a bit of weight to loose. I am hoping this site with help me as I begin this weight loss journey. :)
