Hello everyone i'm here i'm Nadia, my husband and I want to try soon for 2nd child. I removed my IUD a couple weeks ago but i wanted to lose 30 pounds before trying. I am really over weight i weight 195 and I have already lost 6 pounds. So i was on the right track but my Husband can't wait to start trying so last night he went a head and gave it his first shot.

I'm not upset or anything we have been wanting a 2nd child for 2 years and now we are finally able too so i guess he couldn't wait any longer. I don't if it's safe to lose weight while pregnant. I googled it and found this site, has anyone here lost weight while pregnant? If i am pregnant i would go to a Dr i'm just afraid that the first try actually worked. And i don't want to put my child at risk by working too hard.

What I do is run in the mornings then later on i do some more cardio workouts in my living room for about an hour. I sometimes add 8lb weights, then later in the afternoon i go for a bicycle ride for an hour sometimes a little more. Is this ok to do while pregnant?
