It sound like you're doing a great job of listening to your body and modifying your exercise routine as needed!!

I am in 17 weeks now. I back to my workout, but is not that intensive and hard. I just walking or cycling for 15 minutes, do some exercises with free weight, but the weight is just couple kg, for example before pregnancy I used 4-8kg weight for my arms, but now I can use just 2 or 3 kg. My workout takes 30-35 minutes. Before pregnancy was 60-70 minutes, and after that I was absolutely fine, no pain, shaking muscles. Now, after 20-30 minutes I feel this is enough for me, so I listen to my body and do only very low and short workout. I think is better to do something (even for couples minutes every day) instead of do nothing.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and your desire to stay fit! You are working back into running exactly the way I would recommend-take it slow and ease back into a walk jog before you graduation to all running. As long as your pregnancy is without complication (always check with your doc before starting and exercise program) and you continue to feel good during and after exercise, it's fine to work towards getting back to your running routine. Just keep in mind that your body is changing weekly, and you'll need to modify your routine as needed to continue to feel comfortable.
The same goes for getting back to using your exercise ball. Your balance can become less stable as your pregnancy progresses, so be careful with ball exercises that require a lot of balance.

Last summer, I was a very avid jogger and also worked with an excercise ball. During January, I am ashamed to say, I slacked a considerable amount. I worked on and off with the excercise ball (abdominal, legs), but have not 'jogged' in awhile.

We found out we're expecting recently and I'm currently 9 weeks. I picked walking back up, but is jogging alright to attempt again? What about excercising on the ball? Because it has been a few months, should I no longer attempt it?
