okay, so it is a lot like the eliptical machine. . .i think these are great machines and would be okay to do while pregnant. they are a lot better for your joints and easy to adjust to your level of toughness.

Has anyone used the Nautilus Treadclimber while pregnant, or know whether it is safe to do so? It claims to be like walking uphill through sand, and to burn off twice as many calories in the same time as using a standard treadmill. It is also supposedly very low impact on the joints, which I thought would be good for a pregnant lady. Thoughts?
