Nope, I am pregnant. 15 weeks along. Given that I am 5"0, I started out at 188lbs (pre-pregnancy) and have already shot up to roughly 197, I want to get this under control.
I didn't have issues with my pregnancy with DD at all. I gained 20lbs the whole pregnancy and it all came off afterwards. I want to ensure that I'm not eating beyond my means and before I got pregnant, I was on My Fitness Pal tracking food and exercise.
I know I shouldn't lose weight now, but I would like to maintain as much as possible to avoid over indulging.
2500 calories is way too much, which is what BF is quoting me as my daily goal. On My Fitness Pal I was losing weight at 1380 cals per day. I figured 1500-1700 would be ideal for maintaining a healthy weight during pregnancy?

So am I correct to assume you are not pregnant and just looking for a program to get an accurate calorie range and track your food intake??
If so, go to our free sister sight. www.sparkpeople.com
this site is geared for weight loss, but you can also use it for weight maintenance, toning, fitness, etc. You will get an accurate calorie range, based on the plan you enter.
Hope this helps.

I signed up on here when I was pg with DD back in 2008. I am not sure what I entered at the time for weight but I want to use the nutrition tracker and it's saying based on teh info I provided my goal should be 2500+ a day! Thats waaaay too much. Is there somewhere I can go and enter in my current weight and height, etc?
