On the website it recommends between 140-170 (I'm not sure what exactly) a day. Yesterday between my food intake and my prenatal I had 292 of whatever measurement it is.

The upper limit for iron (for safety) during pregnancy is set at 45 milligrams daily.

What is your daily intake amount?

I take a prenatal vitamin, but I'm also trying to eat healthy. My iron tends to be a bit more than the recommended amount (as in more than twice the minimum amount). Is this something I should be concerned about?
