P.S.-if you are hungry, you can look at it like you may be making your baby hungry. Don't starve yourself or go hungry.

My problem is that I am trying to meet the calorie requirements and just simply cannot eat as much as this site recommends! lol, good problem to have I guess! I heard that we are only supposed to eat about 300cals more a day (the equivalent to a McDonald's cheeseburger.
I don't think that most of the weight people say you should gain is necessary...eat when you are hungry and make sure it is healthy stuff when you do. Don't drink sodas of any kind and you should be fine.

I'm having a hard time with binging myself. I've noticed it happens more if I'm not eating every couple of hours...then I'm just starving and eat everything in sight. Try packing healthy snacks and keeping them as arms length at all times of the day (keep in your purse, in your car, everywhere you go make sure you have healhty food around you). That way you'll be eating every few hours, keep your blood sugar regulated, and eating the right nutrients you and that munchkin need right now. Might be a good idea to also discuss your eating habits and concerns with your doctor....
