I read the meal plan so I get my babypoints, but it would definitely be a good idea to use it maybe as a starting point or guide for my weekly meal plans. Thanks for the comment! :)

I haven't really used the meal plan feature itself, but I do make my own weekly menu and grocery list from that menu. I have tried quite a few of Babyfit's recipes, but I keep it flexible. I also track my food on babyfit's nutrition page to make sure I'm sticking reasonably close to a healthy diet. If you try the BF meal plan for a week and find it doesn't work for you, maybe meeting it halfway will work for you too. Since you're asking, you're obviously concerned (in a good way) about your health, so you're already on the right path. Good luck!

Operation: Poppyseed is proceeding well.

Does anyone follow their BF meal plan and shop from the weekly grocery list? I've never followed it before. Any thoughts from people that have?
