My gosh I am not even going to lie I had a Publix sub today. I feel guilty now and hope everything will be okay. Usually to curb my sub cravings I go to subway and have an oven roasted chicken breast with whatever other meat I want added that day such as ham or pepperoni and have them heat it in their mic then toast it. They do it right in front of you so you can see the steam coming off the meat.

Other wise what I am eating right now is strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, and fresh spinach in everything. I have never eaten so much spinach! I put it in every soup I eat whether it's canned or home-ade, in spaghetti, on sandwiches and salads in place of lettuce and everything else I can toss it in. String cheese, trail mix, yogurt, celery and peanut butter, granola bars and Macintosh apples for snacks. I drink a lot of milk now and I never cared to before but now I drink at least 2-3 cups a day. For breakfast I love hard boiled eggs but I must say my want or urge for dinner has almost diminished. I eat it but way smaller portions than I did pre pregnancy, my belly is sick in the morning if I eat big at night.......

Breakfast: a high fiber cereal or oatmeal with lactose free milk or a banana/peanut butter/yogurt smoothie (waffles on the weekend)

Lunch: peanut butter & jelly sandwich, sliced cucumber or sliced apples

Dinner: wheat angel hair spaghetti w/ground beef & sauce, arroz con pollo y habichuelas, salad, brown rice w/steamed veggies

Snack: cheddar goldfish, banana, pretzels, almond granola bar, twizzlers

I do miss eating at Subway and having other deli meats, but it is too much of a hassle to ensure it is cooked properly. I have a hard time drinking water with out a flavor in it. I also miss drinking my loose tea :/.

I've been eating string cheese, fruit and mixed nuts. My little one isn't a fan of veggies (raw or cooked) I am hoping this will change soon. Also, having trouble drinking water, and I love water normally.

The only thing I have been craving that I can't have is mayo related stuff :( really want a chicken salad sand. and potatoe salad

Hello im 2 months pregnant and going for my first scan tomorrow and im curious to see what everyone else is eating?

Im not allowed raw veggies or non peelable fruit at the moment according to my gyno as i have to have a blood test to see if im immune to a certain bacteria that could be on them which is bad for baby.

So im just sticking with frozen veggies at the moment :)
