My body changed after my first pregnancy. I noticed I had a lot of stomach and digestive problems anytime I had dairy (milk, cheese, any foods with milk products). Since then I have cut out dairy and found healthy replacements. I think stomach pain from soda is just normal (since it's not very healthy anyway). My current fav this pregnancy is vanilla flavored almond milk (yum!). It's important to get plenty of calcium during pregnancy so do talk to your doctor AND listen to your body.

SO whenever you drink milk or pop your belly hurts??? And these are the only 2 foods that are causing your belly to hurt? You can eat everything else and feel just fine. Is this what you are saying?? The moms are incorrect, this has nothing to do with your baby becoming lactose intolerant. Dietitian Becky
