2 teaspoons of honey daily is in no way excessive---I doubt that it would be bringing about cravings for more sweet things. I would probably say it is more due to pregnancy "hormonal changes".

I wouldn't think honey would cause you to crave sweet. I generally find processed sweeteners like high fructose corn syrup, do that.
If you want to ditch the honey & see if it makes a difference try replacing it with agave nectar. Personally I'd steer clear of fake sweeteners.

I use a teaspoon of honey in my cup of hot (2%)milk and occasional cup of tea. I prefer to use the honey to the Splenda I have used for years before I found out I was pregnant. I am craving sweets a lot (unlike my other two pregnancies) could the honey be sparking my sweet cravings even more? I east pretty healthy otherwise but this sweet cravings are starting to concern me
