Limiting Food choices?

What was your calorie range on Sparkpeople??? If you add about 200-300 calories to your SP weight loss calorie range; it will probably bring about weight maintenance for this first trimester. Monitor your weight gain and adjust as needed.

Then in trimester 2 and 3, you will add about 200-300 more calories for that slow, gradual weekly gain. Check with your doctor about your weight gain needs for the pregnancy.

If your meal plan calls for something with citrus; then substitute a different fruit that you enjoy.

If your meal plan calls for a food item that contains gluten, you will have to use a gluten free item, or create your own meal plan.

Hello all! new to babyfit, but a longtime sparkpeople user.

I've realized over the past few days that I'm gaining weight quicker than I would like, and am not getting balanced nutrients. I thought Iw ould give the meal plans a whirl, but they don't seem very customizable. Any suggestions?
DH is gluten free, and I'm avoiding all things citrus b/c of heartburn, and it seems all of the plans they give me have wheat and orange juice!
