All yogurts are safe to eat during pregnancy. You can have low fat or full fat. You can have plain or sweetened. You can have sweetened with sugar or artificial sweeteners. A carton (6-8 ounces) of yogurt is considered one of your dairy food group servings. Great source of protein and calcium...ENJOY!

Is Vanilla flavored yogurt safe and healthy during pregnancy? or is plain the only kind of yogurt that a pregnant woman should eat? Also does it have to be low-fat? Please advise. thank you.
