You can eat it heated, like in a pasta or wrapped around chicken or pork tenderloin and seared then baked in the oven. There are a lot of recipes that use it hot - definitely one of my favorite things to eat!

Uncooked or cured meats, like prosciutto are not recommended in pregnancy.

Is Prosciutto safe to eat? I am confused because it is not like deli turkey or ham ... Can we eat it?
