Hey girls! I was wondering if it's safe to eat Dannon Activia during pregnancy. I read the article on the site about probiotics being a good thing, but I know that Activia has some extras in it (bifidus regularis), so I'm wondering if anyone has tried it... I have ibs, and pregnancy has been really hard on me. I have really tried everything, and for some reason, the Activia seems to be the one thing that is helping (I know, really bizarre) with my constipation issues. I don't see any reason why it should be an issue, but I thought I'd ask around and see if anyone else eats it or has heard about any hazards in eating these extra probiotics...
