As far as I know, cheese is OK as long as it's pasteurized so check the box for the magic 'p' word! :-)

Does anyone know if The Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light cheese is safe during pregnancy? It's the kind that comes in circle shape, a soft spreadable cheese. Just looking for ways to get more calcium and it looks appealing to me during my m/s time too!
