Thanks Becky for answering me. The juice that I drink is a cocktail mixed with grape and it is not real juice, it is a juice in a box that you can buy in a supermarket.

Please tell me if this is not dangerous for my baby to drink it beacuse of the passion fruit it has in it? Thank you so much!

Is the juice 100% passion fruit or is that just one of the juices it contains? Is it 100% juice, or a juice drink or juice cocktail (which are only 10-30% juice. I also imagine that many of the nutreints in the fruit are close to the surface and will be missing this in juice as well as the fiber and other antioxidants. I really only encourage 3/4 to 1 cup of total juice a day for adults and only 1/2 cup for children. The real fruit is always a better choice.

Hi! Lately I was drinking Passion Fruit juice (the ones in boxes that we buy in supermarkets) and on the box the nutrition facts says it only have Vitamin C 100% and Vitamin A 0%

And everytime I drink it I mix it half with water (I usually drink 3 or 4 glasses a day).

But today I was reading on internet that Passion fruit (the fruit itself) has 1770.990 IU

So now I am confused. I know is no good to have to much vitamin A during pregnancy. But if the juice box says it doesn't have any vitamin A, then it is ok that I keep drinking it?

Please any answer will be welcome. Thanks!
