I don't know specifically of a position that would help, but you could check Spinning babies to see if any of their techniques would help (http://www.spinningbabies.com) under "techniques". [Also, the usual caveat... check with your doctor before doing anything that could be a risk to you or baby.]

I am in my third trimester, and have had great rib discomfort as my baby is "high" in my uterus. Does anyone know of any positioning that I can do to encourage him to disengage in my rib cage? It is predominantly on one side that he tends to rest.
