My daughter has ITP, when her platelet levels get too low she will get tiny pin sized red dots all over as well as dark brown circular bruises. This happens when you get a virus and then get better. Your kidneys think you are still sick, but you are all better. your kidneys continue to treat your blood as if it has a virus. you get low platelet levels. Def see a doc. It's probably not ITP, but anyone can get ITP.

I was going to say it could be broken blood vessels from throwing up too. I got them around my eyes in the beginning, but never all over my face and neck.

I've been throwing up a bit... Staying in quite a bit, been feeling tired :S
It is so weird it is these tiny spots, I mean like tip of a needle tiny.
I'll try to see a doc tomorrow since my appt isn't until Tuesday. Wish I knew what it was.

Okay it started around my eyes- tiny red spots (kind of looks like I've rubbed too hard with a wash cloth?). Now it's all over my face and neck. It is NOT a rash, NOT bumpy, an NOT an alergy. It looks like tiny blood Spots. How can I explain? Ummm okay it look kind of like the way a hicky does when it's red and spotty. Ugh I hope someone understands. I have an appt in one week with my doc. It doesn't hurt or itch... What is it?? Any ideas?
