agree with the PP . Its old & from being checked. If its around time for you to deliever i'd do some walking. Best of luck!

It sounds like it's most likely because you were checked. If it is brown then it is old. If it is bright red or pink then that might be something that you would want to call your doctor about. If you're still unsure then call your doctor to be on the safe side.

I am wondering if this happened for me. This is my first pregnancy, and it seems all my friends either can't remember what happened, or ended up being induced; so they are no help. There was brown streaked discharge in my panties when I went to the bathroom this morning. But it hasn't happened again. Would it happen every time, or come and go? I am wondering also if maybe its from being checked yesterday morning (1 cm dilated, 80% effaced), but I have not once bled at all through the whole pregnancy, and it seems like if it was from that, I would have bled yesterday. Thanks for any input!
