My first, after 5 days past due, labor came on naturally and I was in labor for around 20 hours. I pushed for an hour and a half.
My second, I was induced 2 days past due and labor was only 6 hours. I only pushed for maybe 5 minutes at the most. Much easier the second time around!

I was playing a game with my family when my water broke at 2:03pm on a Sunday afternoon. My contractions started about an hour later and progressed very well. My cervix didn't line up properly and my daughter was born with her fist in her face, so I pushed for about 3 hours. She was born at 11:08pm that same night. Total from start to finish: 9hrs 5 min. I'd also like to mention that I had a home birth with a midwife. A wonderful experience with no meds of any kind.

Something like 36 hours of "early labor" although contractions became quite painful by the end... Elected c-section due to exhaustion and failure to progress.

#1- 20.15 of contractions and 45 minutes of pushing

#2 contractions for 2 days, and she came out in 2 pushes!!! My doctor was in an emergency c-sect and by the time he came into my room, she was just about out! Right before he came in I asked DH to take a peek because I just felt so much pressure, and he said "Honey!!! You better call the nurse, your insides are falling out!" hahaha! Of course they were not, it was my membrane breaking!

49 hours of induced labor. Still ended in a vaginal delivery, should have been a C-section. Would have been much safer for him.

WARNING: DO NOT READ IF PREGNANT FOR FIRST TIME!!!!!!!! WARNING: DO NOT READ IF PREGNANT FOR FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!

INduced: 14 hours of contractions w/o epidural, I gave in to pain b/c only at 1 cm. got the epidural, finally got to 10 c.m. 10+ hours later, pushed for 3 hours. Still ended in a C-section at the 37 hour mark...*sigh*...I don't really remember it all now except how happy I was when I got to see my baby girl!

Actual birth date 9/2/06 by C-section after 37 hours of labor!

Beautiful baby girl, who was (I can say now almost 6 weeks later) was totally worth the labor.

1st baby....water broke and 26 1/2 hourslater she was born (2 days early)

2nd baby....4 days early from 1st contraction to baby was 2 hours 50 minutes!

3rd baby....induced 12 days late....from start of pit it was about 8 hours BUT had NO contractions and then tiny ones so true labor was concidered 2 hours....

4th baby....induced at 38 weeks (breech baby turned) ended in emergency csection cuz the little guy (3# 14oz) could not tolerate contractions...thank God I was induced, placenta was NOT functioning and he would have died!

Had a Gallstone attack 4 days before my due date (sunday, due on the thurs) had a nap and starting having cramps that afternoon. The cramps stayed at about 5-6 min apart until my water broke the tuesday morning (8:30am), baby girl was born 7:58pm after about 20 minutes of pushing, 2 days before my due date :D So total about 50 hours or so of labour... But only 20 min of pushing lol. Next baby will probably come fast...
I didn't have any contractions though, I didn't feel any until pushing and they couldn't monitor any. I had no monitors on my belly cause she moved so much they had to put a lil electrode in her scalp to monitor her heartbeat.

... And she was facing the wrong way and hadn't dropped, my 'contractions' turned her the right way as she was coming out!

DS#1 - waters broke 5.30pm didn't feel a thing for a couple of hours, contrax started around 7.30pm, gradually built up overnight, four pushes, delivered 6.30am. So 13 hrs altogether, abour 2 hours of which was hard work.

DS#2 waters broke around 9.30pm, contrax started about 2 hrs later again. Really got busy around 5am and 4 pushes then delivered 6.30am again. So 9 hrs total, with 90 mins hard work.

I was 6 days overdue with my son, he made me cranky! Tried all sorts to get moving (except castor oil, i'm no fool!)
I was 3 days slow labour, 10 hours active labour, 1/2 stitch.

9 days overdue with my daughter, lazy butt!
I had about 7 hours slow labour, 46 minutes active labour from waters breaking on my sisters (very expensive) bed to pop-out moment.
No stitches, but she scared the bejesus outta me!

My first I had an appt to get induced with pitocin because of gestational diabetes. I arrived by 6am, pitocin was started about 7...I remember my Dr stopping by to check on me that morning and said, well if we can deliver by 3pm it will be a good day or something like that. Sure enough she was ready to start pushing right at 3pm...born 1 hour 20 min later while the dr slept in the chair and his resident delivered.

I cant wait for the day my daughter is old enough to get introduced to him as the Dr who slept while she was born LOL

2nd...well Im trying to conceive atm

I had tiny contractions (they felt like a hug around my tummy) for 5 hours. They stopped, for 2 hours and my water broke, my daughter was born 3 hours later. So I'm going to say I felt like I was in labor for 3 hours.

My labor was 6hrs long and that was my first baby. Everything went nice and easy until the end, i had only gotten 3hrs of sleep before the contractions started, I pushed for 30 minutes, i stopped in the middle though because i was just so tired. He finally came out and weighed 7lbs 2oz 21 inches long.

16 hours of labor. I went to the hospital at 7pm and didn't have my son the next day at 11:11am. My mother in law said that my son waited for his other grandmother (my mom) to be there so he can finally see the world. It was so true. As soon as my mother stepped in the room, 5 minutes later, here he comes. =D Believe it or not, as being a first time mother, it only took me 10 minutes to push. I thought it'll be longer but hey, it wasn't that bad.
