My hospital gave me one but it became too big after about 1 week so my hubby had to go buy me another one. 3 weeks PP i still wear it. I love it but i'm getting a heat rash so i can only wear it some of the time.

Ok so it sounds like I shoud've done it earlier- right after surgery, but would it help still even 2 weeks pp? I could just use ace bandage and my belly band instead of purchasing a girdle right? Just trying to reduce the "pouch"

I wore an abdominal binder that was given to me in the hospital after my unplanned C-section. It helps to keep that feeling of everything *falling out* from getting too bad. It helped me a lot and when I added a heating pad to the mix, my pain was a lot less than it was before.

I'm not planning on a C-section but either way I bought an after pregnancy girdle from Motherhood Maternity, and I will probably ace wrap at the hospital. I heard it helps alot with comfort and helping everything get stuck back in place.
I also have some Bella Bands from the earlier pregnancy and I plan on wearing those to kinda keep things together too.
I heard it works wonders!
