I really think that it is a pinched nerve. The last two nights I have had to put a heating pad on my legs (Just my calves sp?)because they have been hurting so bad. That has helped. Its so weird.

My mom has restless leg syndrome and so does my uncle (he has is so bad he has worn designs off of his sheets). Have you tried putting a bar of soap under your sheets where your feet usually are. My mom uses a small par of hotel soap under her feet and has had a problem since. I know that it sounds weird but it seems to have worked!

Well i have restless leg syndrome big time. Sometimes it goes to my arms. My doctor says to double up on calcium! it helps. I went through this with my first child and even after she was born. When im not pregnant, i take enteric coated aspirin a little while before bed, it helps keep the nerves in your legs from firing and causing that feeling. Try some extra calcium and see if it helps! Good luck.

Does it feel like something is crawling around inside your legs? (weird I know, but that's how I describe it.) If so, it could be Restless Leg Syndrome. It makes you feel like you have to move your legs, right? I get this too--mostly when I don't get exercise or stretch before going to bed. There isn't a cure for it, and supposedly pregnancy makes it worse. you can look it up online, I think there is a whole website dedicated to it.

Nothing to worry about. My solution? Going on walks and stretching.

Take care,

It just happens whenever. Mostly when I am trying to go to sleep. I have been using a pillow between my knees. But that doesn't help.

I got in wreck 7 years ago and hurt my back. I have a feeling that might have something to do with it. My back hurt all of the time before I had Kylee. After I had her it went away! Now that I am pg again it is back. I think I may have a pinched nerve. It is just the most overwhelming feeling and it drives me crazy after a while!

I get the weirdest sensation in my legs and sometimes my arms. You know the feeling you get when you stretch first thing in the morning before you get out of bed? I get that feeling only much more intense. It is by far not a bad feeling or uncomfortable in anyway. I just makes me twitch if I don't move that limb. It is super weird. I had this during my first pregnancy. Has anyone experienced this before?
