Boppy pillow for feeding? Should I get one?

Do you love your boppy pillow for feeding? Is it an item that is not a necessity? Need your opinion. Our apt is tiny. If I could live without it, I probably shouldn't get it. I have tendonitis in my wrist, elbow and shoulder. If it saves my arm from being tired/stiff, then I should probably buy one.
