I'm finally feeling like I shook the cold/cough and stuffiness, so that's good! I have been sleeping better now that I can breathe and just up for normal pee and discomfort.
I have my 37 week check tomorrow (as long as snow doesn't cancel the appt). Hopefully, i've made more progress. I've been very uncomfortable with pinching and stomach tightness, and pressure! ugh
How are the other preggo's feeling?

I'm hoping for another quick labor, just not too quick! My longest was Lauren 12 hours, shortest was Landon 5ish hours.
We are debating being surprised about gender this time! E doesn't care either way, I kind of want the surprise but kind of want to know what color to buy.lol

When I was told a possible 39 week induction, I was ready to shave as many weeks off as possible, LMAO (within reason of course). It's always nice to be closer than you think! So you say it happened while he was on vacation meaning, not with you so it's impossible your due a week earlier or he was home on vacation? LOL....
Is the u/s they are doing the new u/s at 12 weeks that is associated with the quad screen blood work? I had that done with this baby (but they didn't do it when I was pregnant with Alex). Just curious... They do a finger prick for blood work and then a detailed 12 week u/s. It's very exciting to see the baby and that they are actually a lot more developed then you think!!! Enjoy the view.

well I know am a July mama too.. They moved my due date to July 20..That means this lil surprise happened on his week of vacation LOL..I got to see the lil bam beano they said strong heart. I go to Canton for stage to US next week just because of Duke having ds they are having me do these things as precautions.

Oh wow, that's a quick labor / delivery. Who knows this time could be quick or longer, ya just never know. OR if your not strep b+ then there wouldn't be such a worry, right?
I'm sure Alex "paved" the way and if I have another baby the same size, he wouldn't have such a problem. It was just super scary and wouldn't want to go through that again.

Right? That's what I try telling people it's not so much weight it's the head size you must worry about.
My friend knew a lady who had to have csec with her first the baby was 7lbs her second she had VBAC and delivered an 11lb baby! I thought it was 10 lbs but no she corrected me it was 11.
With Charlie... I went into to labor and didn't know it. (I felt it later TRUST ME) But I went to my OB appt with "Braxton Hicks" and I was actually 7cms and in active labor. After four hours (They were hoping I'd make it at least 4 hrs to give me the antibiotics for strep b+) They broke my water I went from a 7-10 and pushed her out all in 30 minutes.
I was told you don't come in to L&D until your contractions are 5 m minutes apart and the pain is unbearable. I wasn't in pain at first I was just having off and on "BH's" yeah.... wasn't BH's so he is afraid I'll be walking around somewhere my water break and I won't have time to make it to the hosptial. A reasonable fear.
However, I live 10 minutes from the hospital so I'm going to ask him If I promise to stay home at the end and with any inkling I think I may be in labor I'll go to the hospital then can we not do the induction?

Because Alex was such a rough delivery w/ the big head and broken colar bone they don't want baby or me to endure that again so that's why they are talking about 39 week induction. I really would rather go on my own as well, but since i'm not overly fond of being pregnant i'm fine with it as long as my body is ready!
It's not so much the weight I worry about, it's the head size, lol!
We'll see how I feel though. I'm not carrying very big so I think he's curled up super tight.
I'm not sick just exhausted. We had a great but busy Christmas.
Wedding is less than 2 days away! I'm not stressing too much. I've got my dress and Lauren's, pretty sure I know what the boys are wearing, mom and my sister helped make the flowers. I guess that's about it.lol Ellis' g'ma is making the cakes and my mom the punch.

Pregnant wise good. Everything else blah. I have a bit of a sore throat and just feel out of it. One of those "I wish I could lay in bed all day" kind of days.

I'm looking forward to Christmas! I still have one thing to get for Korey and maybe a lot for Lauren. They got sponsors through DHS and I got the boys' stuff yesterday but nothing for Lauren. :(
My hormones are crazy right now and I'm trying not to stress and freak out about wedding planning!

I felt both babies around 14 weeks as well as little flutters.... could be gas. lol.
I'm hoping #2 is smoother and quicker. I haven't gained as much and my stomach seems much smaller so i'm wondering if this little guy will be smaller or jus grow the most the last few weeks! LOL We shall see!

I didn't feel anything till around 14 weeks and it was just tiny little flutters. I didn't feel the faint faint barely there kicks until around 17 weeks. Now I'm 23 and I feel Adelynn all the time.
It could just be gas your feeling?

All of my labors and deliveries were fast, but with Lauren and Landon they weren't as painful and were better. I guess knowing what to expect and your body is better prepared helps!

So those who have 2nd babies (or 3rds or 4ths, lol) how did your 2nd delivery differ from first? Better - worse - etc? lol....
Oddly enough I feel more anxiety for this delivery then I did with my son. I'm sure that's because I didn't know what to expect and just wanted it over with. Not that i'm worried about the pain i'm worried about complications and other scary stuff.

I've just been nauseous in the evening for a few hours now. So much better than it was!! My sciatic is killing me! I can't freaking move. I am trying not to whine but this pregnancy is harder on me than any of the others!

I agree Linds it's definitely going much faster this time. I can't believe i'm almost 33 weeks and have a tentative induction date of January 28th OH MY!!! Very exciting.
My last day of work is December 30th, I CANNOT wait. I'm so over the commute, getting dressed and putting heels on!! I'm having lots of back pain and lots of pressure in my crotch so a break will be much needed! Not like being home will make these aches and pains go away, it just makes it easier to not have to worry about work!

It went by really slow at first because I couldn't wait for my belly and I didn't really start showing showing till recently. Up until this point I just looked fat lol.
However I can't believe i'm almost 23 weeks! It's going by fast now! I think about names right away lol I can't help it.

I feel like this pregnancy is flying by, is it like that for you ladies too?? We haven't even thought about the nursery OR names. It's just crazy. We have our level 2 ultrasound on Friday, so I'm hoping the baby will be kind enough to spread his/her legs, so we can see!

That's crazy, well i'm glad baby is healthy and SHE will be beautiful just like Mommy and big Sisters!!!
I don't have a name yet for our little boy!! Tom and I can't agree so we'll see. Alex wants him to be called Ian after the Olivia cartoon, lmao!!! I'm not really feeling it though. I have 7'ish weeks to figure it out.
I'm very emotional lately, especially today! UGH. I went to plug in our christmas tree and water it and the frign thing fell over!!!! One of our special ornaments broke... a 2008 Mickey Mouse Disney ornament from our first family trip to Disney!!! I can probably glue the piece that broke but it made me cry :( and then I snapped on DH because I asked him to put rocks in the bottom of the tree holder and he didn't!!! UGHHHHHHHH DAMN hormones. I feel like I just want to be happy and it's really a chore for me lately :(

I was 16 wks 4 days. Then when I got my level 2 on Monday the tech isn't allowed to say the gender but pretty much told me with out telling me that I was told wrong.
So I called the place I got it done out and told them what was going on they saw me hyesterday for free and he is a she! Lol I have a great 3/d pic and there is no denying it. You see the whole thing lol.
Wonder if dh will like Adelynn?
