even i am facing the same problem.. but i am not having loose motions, but i have semi loose motions & i cant controll if i feel to go to the Rest room even for 5mins. And once i go to the rest room so much of gas is released from my stomach as i f a big gas baloon is pricked by a pin.. And i get so embaressed when the sound comes during the process.. Is this normal...?

Thank you,

I go to the bathroom after every meal and it seems as though I have to go #2 every time I go #1. I know it's not normal for being pregnant and taking prenatals due to the iron. Fortunately it works the opposite with me. I would recommend you get some sort of fiber in your diet, even if it's in shake.

haha Jgreys I am RIGHT there with you. I'm all, "HMPH! how'd i'd LIKE to have loose problems......." I would pay for that problem right about now. Just so you know, there is a new prenatal with stool softner, I thought it was brilliant.

And LODGEGIRL, too much fiber can cause both problems as well, so just make sure you are getting the right amount! good luck!

I also have this problem. I my next OB appt is on the 20th, but I did call and talk to a nurse at the office. She said that I could take amodium for it, but not to go past the recommended dosage on the box. That seems to help me. Part of my problem is that had had my gallbladder taken out several years ago and I have digestive problems from that. Plus, I'm eating healthier now than I ever have before and I think that my body is still trying to adjust.

Hello all,
I was wondering if what I am going thru is normal... I am not lactose intorant nor am I allergic to any food...
Since the 7th wk asa I eat lunch... which is mostly veggies, bread etc... no dairy or meat(since I am a vegetarian) I have to rush to the toilet after about half hour... I have loose motions... first i thought my prenatal might be doing it... but since last two days i stopped taking prenatals just to see if that does it... nope still getting it... I also have a lot of gas and bloating...
Oh and early mornings I throw up either before breakfast or after... and the same in the evening my food takes a while before it settles.. I have to get up of the table asa i am done eating - cannot stay around to pick up from the table any leftovers... makes me puke...
Wondering if anyone else have this and if this is normal... I will see my OB on the 16th for the first time till then am just hoping this comes with the package....
Oh and i cannot stop burping the whole day...

Sorry this was disgusting but had to find out if all this is normal....
