"This is my third pregnancy and at the beginning I was exercising but not for the health benefit of my baby but because I wanted to enlist in the army and I honestly did feel better I think that I might have to start back on my routine again. Not as serious as before but just for the general health of me and the little one growing inside of me." -- SHANTE0411
